Department Of Justice (DOJ) Recognized Organization
The Education and Leadership Foundation received recognition by the Department of Justice (DOJ) on October 9, 2015 and eight staff were granted Partial Accreditation to provide immigration assistance to the community of the Central Valley. The DOJ Recognition and Accreditation is a great accomplishment for our office because now we are able to provide immigration services for a nominal fee to the immigrant community in the Central Valley.
DOJ Accredited representatives are allowed to represent the immigrant community before the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) for a period of three years. Through this accreditation, ELF and its DOJ accredited representatives have the goal of providing outreach and serving the immigrant community and reducing immigration fraud.
